Proudly serving Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Lakewood, Denver and The Highlands area!
It is our desire to help you reclaim your inner athlete.
We believe that no matter your age or fitness level, we are ALL athletes; we are designed to move as such.
Constantly Varied, High-Intensity, Functional Movement - the ability to move large loads, long distances, quickly.
Our program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. Our clients are diverse, they range from military personel, skiers, mountain bike riders, athletes of all levels and housewives - each have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Strength training, a key component of CrossFit, is a crucial element to fitness. Lack of strength is one of the main reasons that people in their later years lose their independence.
Strength Training means having the ability to carry out daily tasks without distress, such as carrying your groceries, picking up your kids or grandkids, lifting and or moving boxes or furniture. In order to keep up these activities it is essential to strength train.
We believe that we are all athletes, our strength training program is based on that philosophy.
Our strength training program consists of, but not limited to:
You will not find machines in our facility-you are an athlete,
