Rachel, you are the only trainer I've every had who is as dedicated to my safety, health, and flexibility as you are to my strength, endurance, and athletic performance. With your patience and dedication, you have helped me to eliminate debilitating back pain and have caused me to exceed my wildest expectations for physical achievements over and over again. I've never felt better or stronger in my entire life. Thank you!
